Corrected Letters

You agree by using this site and submitting letters for correction with us that the copyrights of the original and the corrected letters is transferred solely to OET Writing Mastery and you shall not copy, distribute or transfer these letters without written permission from OET Writing Mastery.

We strive to deliver your corrected letters within 2 working days, but in certain circumstances when we receive a huge amount of letters, you agree that the letter correction may be delayed further up to 5 working days.

Please note that the day you send your letter is considered day 0, not day 1.

Writing correction is very subjective; accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the accuracy of the correction is 100%. To minimize errors related to this we hire two assessors to correct your letter and we take the average score of both assessors to make the correction accuracy reaching 99%.

Package sharing

In OET Writing Mastery, any correction package is intended for the use of a single user only. Package sharing between users is not allowed. If you do and share your package with other users, your correction package will be terminated immediately without any refunds.

Package Validity

In OET Writing Mastery, all correction packages are valid for only 2 months after which you will not be able to submit any letters and all the remaining letters in your package will be dropped immediately.

Letter Submission

Correction feedback for non-emergency packages is usually sent after the end of the 2nd working day, not including the letter receiving day; however, letters submitted after 12 PM Uk time will be sent on the day after 2 working days..

We will not provide any letter compensations or refunds if you misused the letter submission area including submission of letter format which is not suitable for your package, submission of defective files, submission of letters without the case notes, submission lacking the uploaded files or using the letter submission area for inquiries instead of letter submissions.

We will not provide any letter compensations or refunds if you subscribed to a scanned letter package and submitted word files instead or you paid for using external case notes and used our internal case notes in your letter.

By using this service you accept that you will not submit more than one letter within 24 hours in any package rather than the emergency packages. You also accept that if you submit more than one in less than 24 hours, your whole submission will be voided and you will have to resubmit again and wait for another 2 working days for your letter to be corrected.

If you would like to submit more than one letter per day you should buy one of our emergency packages in https://writingmastery.co.uk/product-category/letter-correction-service/emergency-oet-correction-service/
